Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Free US shipping on orders of $99 or more applies to gear shipped by GCAG. US orders under $99 are priced by package weight at checkout.
• We ship worldwide from our shop in Boiling Springs, SC. International shipping is calculated at checkout from size, weight and destination. Your purchase price is declared on the customs form, and customs, duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
• Handling time: most orders ship within 3 business days, and over half ship within 2. We build most GCAG products to order, so some orders can take up to 8 business days to ship during busy periods.
• Delivery time: once shipped, US orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days.
• Carriers: US orders go mostly UPS Ground, plus USPS. International orders go by UPS, GlobalPost, USPS, and occasionally DHL. All shipments include tracking.
• FunnelWeb Filter items ship directly from FunnelWeb at the rate shown at checkout, so they may arrive separately, with their own shipping times.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery: return unused items in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging.
• Email first: email Info@GreenChileADV.com with your order number before you ship anything.

• Return shipping: you pay return shipping, except for items that arrive defective or damaged, and original shipping charges are not refunded. For items over $75, we suggest a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. International returns are welcome on the same terms; the customer covers all shipping, customs and duty fees.
• Refunds: after we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. No restocking fee on our standard products.
• Partial refunds may apply to items that are used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
• Final sale: clearance (discontinued) items, custom or modified orders, and special-order items we ordered just for you. Gift cards are not returnable.
• Defective or damaged on arrival? We'll replace it, and GCAG pays the return shipping. Email Info@GreenChileADV.com first and we'll send you a prepaid label or arrange the return.
• Other brands we carry follow these same terms (if the item was in stock). Please return them to us rather than to the manufacturer. For FunnelWeb Filter items, email us and we'll work it out with FunnelWeb.
