The Hardcore Soft Rack has been specifically designed for smaller bikes that have very little support in the back for luggage.

We have incorporated two 7075 T6 aluminum support bars that also work as tire irons to increase rear carrying capacity.

The tire irons are hand forged and have a Type III hardcoat anodizing. You will receive two silver anodized tire irons.

The Hardcore soft rack also integrates easy access pockets to store your tire irons and access them without unloading your gear.

Enduro Hardcore Camping Bundle

Haven't had an opportunity to use the hardcore rack or accompanying dry bags but I am very impressed with the quality and fitment. Green Chili's customer service is stellar!

Perfect for KTM 350 excf

After too much research, bought the hardcore soft rack/camping bundle. This is the best solution I believe to add bags to a bike like the ktm 350 or others. I had it installed and packed for a 900 mile trip to the mountains in no time. Excellent quality and the modular design will make it so versatile. Also, it leaves much of the seat open and travels at 75 very well. Great work on developing and building such a functional piece of gear!!!

Enduro setup

I ride a beta 390 RRS. Wanted to self support of some multi day trips. Initially I had some questions. Adam got back to me super fast, maybe 10 min on most of my questions. He steered me away from the 40 liter bags, went with the 20 and it was the right call. I bought another 20 liter from dicks to supplement the kit and it was much smaller. You could carry enough gear for a 4 to 6 day trip depending on how spartan you are willing to be. At first I found bag and strap placement tough, especially keeping everything away from the pipe but I got it figured out. Note: the straps will rub on your plastics. I tested the bags out on some mild Colorado tracks and they performed well, you might get a lot of shaking if you ride at race speeds but I didn't notice them too much at the rate I move. Depending on placement you might feel them against the back of your leg when standing, didn't affect me much though. I ran the system through its paces on a 3 day 600 mile off road trip, camped every night. System worked fantastic. I was lucky with the tires so I never used the included irons so no comment on those.I would highly recommend this product if you are looking to outfit an enduro with luggage. The company takes a lot of pride in their products and was a pleasure to work with. I'll try and load a few pictures to show my setup.

Just got the package from you the other day

Installed not that difficult but have not actually put your system to work I have a initial special forces training try out tomorrow and if the webbing package you sent me does not meet their standards I will have to wait a year to try again. Just Kidding but with all that webbing it looks like something the special forces would use you don’t buy chance sell Kevlar bullet prof protection for these bikes do you in case of drive by shooting
