Our SPICY Design Principle

Green Chile Adventure Gear was started by a couple of long time motorcycle riders. When we set out to develop the Green Chile products we kept several requirements in mind. We refer to our guiding design principle as “S.P.I.C.Y.” 

• Simple – Whether you are breaking camp in the rain or unpacking your bike in the dark our gear is still easy to use. It can also be easily installed and removed so you can switch it from bike to bike.
• Practical – Our gear is all about functionality. We have made it modular so you can truly customize your luggage solution to fit your needs. We even designed a system that allows you to use any bag you currently own. If you can get the strap around it, you can carry it with your Green Chile gear.
• Innovative – We didn't want to reinvent the wheel. We wanted to make a new product that fills a gap in what is already available. Our first two innovations are the Uprising Soft Rack and the tensioners used in gear.
• Capable – The Green Chile gear is rugged and over built for its intended purpose, but we want our gear to never fail so we design it accordingly. In fact, we back it up with our Hardcore Warranty.
• You – We design our products with you in mind. We are adventure riders and we experience the same things our customers do out on the trail and on the streets. Ultimately, these products are built for you and if there is something you would like to see us design please let us know.
