GCAG Trail Ties are a stretchy TPU strap manufactured by Voile. We love these for smaller items where the tensioners on our Mondo straps don't have enough room to stretch out fully. Trail Ties can also be linked together for larger items. Its another great strap option to keep handy.

When should I use Trail Ties instead of Mondo Straps? +

Trail Ties suit small-diameter bags and smaller items, where the tensioners on the Mondo Straps Kit don't have room to stretch out fully. They are stretchy TPU straps made by Voile, 25 inches (63 cm) long with an aluminum buckle, and they can be linked together for larger items.

Which GCAG straps should I use for top bags and side bags? +

Use the Mondo Straps Kit for top (rear) bags and the GCAG Bag Snake Kit for side bags. The GCAG Mondo UL is a lighter option for top bags. Trail Ties work well for small-diameter bags. One strap kit secures one bag.
