I ordered the hardcore rack with 2 bag snakes for 3 day moto camping trip on the small bike.(CRF450X) The rack worked great with 2 20L Sea line Baja Drybags after some experimentation which is expected on such a versatile system. I previously used a Mojavi bag by a competitor but needed more room for camping. I did learn a lesson on the trip during an extended rocky hill climb. The left drybag was harder to secure as it did not have the exhaust "Shelf" to help support it as the right side panel does. I had to keep tightening the left bag but during the rocky hill climb I felt it drop and get sucked into rear tire but could not stop until the top of the hill. After surveying the damage which was a cracked side panel and a "Shortened" bag snake strap which was now in my rear wheel I re-secured everything but this time I ran a spare RoK Strap from the handle of one drybag to the other over the seat in hopes of that preventing any further dropping of the left bag and it worked like a charm the following 2 days! I really like the versatility of the system and cannot wait to rig up further iterations. The quality is great and was shipped to me across the country fast thank goodness because I had procrastinated too long. Two Thumbs Up. Now I just need to order a replacement 6' bag snake strap.

If you don't want to have a heavy metal rack on your offroad bike but you want to carry bags for your adventure ride, then this is the way to go!...no chance of your subframe being damaged due to the great cantilever design and it's super versatile too...can use different ways to strap your stuff onto it...and it's really easy to remove/strap on your bags at camp and to remove the whole system from the bike altogether when you get home...plus Adam is really helpful in helping to get things just right...great quality stuff made in USA...👍

Took a bit of engineering to figure out how to adequately secure the system to the KLX, but I think I've got it all worked out. Only time and miles will tell how it truly ends up working out. But, so far I'm very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish! Keep up the great work GCAG!
